Planks and side planks are a very good way to strengthen your core very fast. Find one minute everyday to fit in your planks, and make it an every day routine. In a cases where you can’t hold the position for the full 60 seconds, stay as long as you can and then do it again as many times as necessary to total 60 seconds of working out.

6. Replace high carbohydrate foods with protein

To live a healthy lifestyle, your diet must experience some changes with time. Replace some of the foods rich in carbohydrates (rice, cereal, breads) in your diet with protein (meat, beans, egg, fish, etc.) at each meal. 7. Quit smoking
